CreativeX is an AI-powered creative analytics SaaS platform, founded in 2015 and today, backed by $25M Series B funding. With a rapidly growing global customer base across 130+ markets, CreativeX partnered with Urban Digital to strengthen its senior commercial leadership and support the next phase of international scale.


The Challenge:

As CreativeX accelerated its growth strategy, several hiring challenges emerged:
