MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT.
At Urban Digital, our commitment to people goes beyond recruitment, it's personal.
In late 2023, our Co-founder Laura was diagnosed with breast cancer, just days before Christmas. Since then, she faced months of intensive treatment, including gruelling rounds of chemotherapy. Despite the physical and emotional toll, Laura has continued to support her clients, candidates, and her young daughter with incredible strength and resilience.
Inspired by Laura’s courage, we’re proud to support Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that provides vital care for people affected by cancer.
Urban Digital were proud to take part in a half-marathon hike across the Gower Peninsula to raise funds for Macmillan. Every donation helps provide emotional, medical, and practical support to those navigating cancer.
Today, with Laura in remission, we continue to donate a % of all profits to this incredible charity, as well as many other causes close to our hearts.

Rebecca, has been accepted as a Bloom mentor. Bloom is a network to provide professional support for women within the communications industry.
Over the next 12 month, she will be giving some of her time to help the next generation of rising stars find the skills to grow and achieve their own career goals.
